I often heard that Human is a social animal, Why man is called a social animal? Necessity, dependencies makes man social. Isolation is like a punishment for human.
This thing applies to every person in society, in workplace in a community or in an organization. Being smart is good in a group of people but being selfish, using others for your benefit is not good. When you have to live with work with a group of people, any person cannot be selfish because only few times person can make fool to others, take advantage of others. Few times it be unknown to others but some day your selfishness open to others. Which will not a good thing for selfish person.
Selfish person survive for few days using others but despised by others, sometimes people socially prohibit selfish person, selfish person face peoples ignorance at the end.
