5+ signs You don't love your job
We all know work is necessary for livelihood, some get job easily but some get it after struggle, but the thing is if you are doing job as per your passion, its good but when you are doing job which is not related to your passion, its not good for you and for your employer, because it's affecting the productivity of organization, there is growth for you too.
So, how to identify when you need to know that this is not a right job for you, and you dont love your job.
1> When you depend for your work on other
This can be happens only when you are not competent for the job, any how you got the job but you dont know how to complete the task, so waiting other to help you, asking for help from other.
2> When you dont positive to talk about ur job
When ever there is some discussion about your job, you irritates and there is no any positive you have to told other
3> Afraid to go to work
when you cant reach targets, you afraid to face your boss, feel lack of confidence.
4> You looked at clock again and again
This is the sign which shows your uninterested in your job. You look at the clock hits to leave time.
5> No Work Satisfaction
There is no work satisfaction, because you are not enjoying your work.
6> Struggling to achieve targets
There is target to achieve a goal but you are unable to achieve it, not once but again and again. It can be happen due to you are not showing interest in your job, or you are incompetent for job.
It can be happen that in start of your career, you have to compromise for interested and you loving job, but as soon as you get stability, you can move to your loved job by preparing platform for it.
When ever you gone through these symptoms at you job, go take a switch to new job which you love.
